Kyle earned a Business degree from Towson University where he majored in Accounting. In 2012, Kyle began working for NIH’s Division of Financial Advisory Services (DFAS). As an Auditor, he was an integral part of a pilot team that was tasked with reviewing and negotiating indirect cost rates with SBIR/STTR award recipients. Since 2016, he also managed all SBIR/STTR inquiries directed to DFAS. Currently, Kyle negotiates indirect cost rates with NIH for-profit grantees as well as performs audit resolutions, financial capability reviews, delinquent audit resolutions, and various other tasks.
